AI & IoT Developer (Safety Analytics)

Specialization: Edge AI / Embedded Systems / Predictive Maintenance
Responsibilities:

Build ML models for anomaly detection in energy systems
Work with RFID/barcode systems for asset tracking
Develop IoT dashboards and SCADA-compatible alerts
Requirements:
Experience with Python, Node-RED, TensorFlow Lite
IoT hardware and embedded safety protocols
Portfolio of real-time monitoring applications

Business Development Associate

Specialization: Energy, CleanTech, Industrial SaaS
Responsibilities:

Identify and qualify B2B clients in energy and chemical sectors
Assist in proposal writing and federal grant applications
Support onboarding and client engagement strategy
Requirements:
Excellent communication and tech-savvy in safety/energy sector
Degree in Business, Engineering, or Sustainability
Interest in clean energy and regulatory frameworks

Industrial Automation Engineer

Specialization: SCADA/PLC Integration, Plant Commissioning
Responsibilities:

Design and deploy SCADA/PLC architectures
Integrate control systems with ERP (SAP/Oracle)
Support real-time alarms, safety interlocks, and remote monitoring
Requirements:
Degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Industrial Engineering
Experience in HMI, Modbus, Allen-Bradley/Siemens
2+ years plant automation or control system experience

Maintenance Planner

Specialization: SAP PM / CMMS
Responsibilities:

Develop predictive/preventive maintenance schedules
Generate work orders, asset hierarchies, and maintenance reports
Track KPIs, MTBF, and OEE
Requirements:
Experience in SAP PM or similar CMMS
Strong Excel and reliability-centered maintenance understanding
Bachelor’s in Engineering or Industrial Technology

Process Safety Auditor

Specialization: OSHA / NFPA / ISO Compliance
Responsibilities:

Conduct site-level safety audits and PSSR reviews
Develop LOTO, PTW, and HAZOP documentation
Collaborate with EPC teams and safety regulators
Requirements:
OSHA 30 or ISO 45001 auditor certified
3+ years in plant safety or industrial compliance roles
Knowledge of NFPA 58, DoE, and EPA guidelines
